Since first being certified on March 15, 2023, Semco Co., Ltd. has renewed this certification every three years, most recently on March 15, 2026. The program, promoted by Hyogo Prefecture, certifies companies that actively work to create workplaces where everyone can work comfortably and find fulfillment, in pursuit of work-life balance.
