On March 4, 2021, Semco Co., Ltd. was first certified as a "Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2021 (SME Category)," a program promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and certified by the Nippon Kenko Kaigi. We have renewed the certification every year since, most recently on March 15, 2026. This certification program recognizes companies that approach employee health management from a strategic, business-oriented perspective.
